The Bayside complex, located in the downtown waterfront district of San Diego, consists of one 112 m ( 368 ft ) high, 37 story tower with a total of 241 residential units. Nine townhouses that surround the tower and the parking provide a human scale to the street scape. On top of the parking on the 3rd floor is a semi-private garden featuring the amenity pool for the residents. The design of the tower aims to maintain an elegant, sophisticated residential character. The materials and color palette were chosen to fit into the warm character of California and San Diego.
